Installation Foreman

Do you enjoy working on HVAC units? Do you possess superior organization, communication, and time management skills? How about the willingness to satisfy customer needs and work productively with others? If you answered yes to these questions, Able Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC desires you to be on our Installation team! This position would require managing the installation of HVAC systems from start to finish, and supervising a helper while training them to become a lead installer. Our ultimate goal is to have this position of installation foreman become an installation manager. If you are an interested applicant, you should be familiar with multi-stage variable speed Trane products or equal.

Service Technician

Are you an experienced and motivated individual, who will settle for nothing less than executing at the highest level? We are looking for you! Be ready to perform, this position will require service, maintenance inspections, and trouble shooting of HVAC systems. As an enthusiastic applicant, should be accomplished with Trane equipment or equal. Knowledge of commercial systems up to 20 tons along with zoning experience will also be required. We use a flat rate pricing book for service repairs and show customer value by promoting maintenance agreements. Nate certification is required, if not at hire date, we will implement a plan for achievement.
